• Wheel-Clamping Technology: The AWL-3200 detects the truck’s tire position and automatically extends its chock arms to clamp the tire. This design completely solves the securing challenge for vehicles without ICC bars (such as box trucks and refrigerated trucks), achieving 100% vehicle compatibility.
• Fully Automated Process: Once a vehicle is in position, the system automatically completes the detection, locking, and release cycle. This eliminates the need for manual operation by dock personnel, significantly reducing labor intensity and improving loading/unloading efficiency.
• Flexible Contact Protection: The contact surface of the chock arm uses high-strength wear-resistant material. It locks the tire securely without damaging it, meeting Mondelēz’s requirements for protecting carrier vehicles.
